Use of Personal Data
The information sent to the Server or the Services is used for the purpose to which it has been collected. Personal data is collected in order to collect customer information for Blaast to provide the best possible level of customer service. It enables us to deliver product announcements, software updates and special offers as well as provide convenient and personalized user access and improve the features and usability of our Services. With your consent, if required, Blaast may use your personal data for direct marketing purposes connected to the Services, or any other Services provided by Blaast at the moment or in the future. Blaast may also share your personal data with its designated third parties for e.g. direct marketing purposes. You pledge to provide Blaast accurate information when you register to use the Services. After your registration you can view your profile in the Services. You can alter, update or remove information you have given either by logging in to the Services or by contacting Blaast’s customer service. You have also the right to delete or update incorrect, incomplete, out-of-date or unnecessary personal data, and Blaast may also without a separate notice, correct or remove all incorrect, incomplete, out-of-date or unnecessary personal data. You have also the right to prohibit Blaast from using your personal data for marketing purposes or market research at any time. You can use your rights by contacting us by sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle your request without unnecessary delay.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to Blaast employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. Retaining, Verifying and Updating of Personal Data
Blaast retains your personal data as long as it is necessary for those purposes for which the personal data was originally collected. The personal data collected by Blaast is retained on servers, which information security is protected in accordance with the applicable law and general market practice.

Children under the age of 15 years are not allowed to register as users of the Service, unless they have permission to do so from their parent or guardian.
